My stay at Springs Hotel And Spa had its ups and downs. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience better, but the hotel itself needs a lot of work. The location is fantastic, right in downtown and close to all the attractions, but some rooms were showing their age and cleanliness issues were present.

Rooms
5.0
I walked into my first room, and it was completely stripped of bedding. The second room was more acceptable, but it was just like the first room with a few minor upgrades. The balcony was nice, but the street noise at night was a real buzzkill.
Service
6.0
Service was a bright spot during my stay. The staff was friendly and quick to help when I had issues with my room. They promptly moved me after I reported the bedding problem, and that made a difference.
Location

Being right in the historical part of town was a major bonus. I was very close to everything, including the national park, which made exploring Hot Springs super convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited during my stay. I think they only offered corn flakes for breakfast, which didn't really impress me.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has some decent facilities, but the aging aspects really need a facelift. The pool was open, but the spa and restaurant were closed for renovations, which was a letdown.

My stay at the Springs Hotel and Spa was a good experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with thoughtful surprises. However, I did notice that some facilities might not always be operational, which could potentially affect future visits.

The room was beautifully arranged with flowers and balloons for our celebration. It featured a king-size bed which was quite comfortable.

There's a nice Mexican restaurant in the lobby area that served delicious food, adding convenience to our stay.
Facilities

While I loved the room, I heard that some amenities, including the spa, may not always be available.

My stay at Springs Hotel And Spa was a mixed experience. The location is right in downtown, making it very convenient to explore local restaurants and shops. However, the condition of the room was disappointing, as it overlooked the parking lot and cleanliness issues arose. I did appreciate the friendly staff. but there were issues with amenities, including the restaurant and spa being closed during my visit.

Rooms
5.0
The room I had overlooked a dump of a car park. and despite the hotel being empty, no other room was offered. This really detracted from my experience.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly, which was a plus. but overall service fell short, especially regarding cleanliness and room readiness.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay. which limited my dining options within the hotel.

The spa was shut down, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel in the first place. and the bathrooms were closed too.

I had a mixed experience at Springs Hotel and Spa. While the location is super convenient and the staff was really nice, the ongoing construction and some room issues made my stay a bit challenging. The hotel definitely has potential, but it’s not quite ready yet.

Rooms
5.0
I had to switch rooms because the first one wasn't clean, and the second one was better but still had some wear and tear. The original tub was stained and the door had some issues at the bottom. But they did upgrade me to a better room after I mentioned it, which was nice.
Service
5.0
The staff at the front desk were awesome and super polite. They really helped me feel welcome, even when I had to joke about the room phone not working. They definitely made the stay a bit better.
Location

I loved how the hotel is right in downtown, close to good restaurants and most attractions. It’s in a nice area, which made exploring super easy.
Dining
5.0
The hotel restaurant was closed during my stay, which was a bummer, but there were plenty of great options nearby. I can’t comment on the dining in the hotel, but there’s definitely food around.
Facilities

Unfortunately, the spa, pool, and workout room were closed too because of the construction. I’m hoping they finish up soon so these amenities are available.

Despite its great location in the historical part of town, my stay at Springs Hotel And Spa was disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned and had several maintenance issues, while both the spa and restaurant were closed during my visit. Overall, it needs a significant overhaul to enhance the guest experience.

Rooms
5.0
I found the rooms lacked cleanliness and had noticeable maintenance issues. One room had socks left on the floor, and there was a smell of mold. Additionally, some rooms had faulty amenities, which affected my comfort.
Service
5.0
The staff was polite, but the system seemed disorganized. I made a request for adjoining rooms, and it took a lot of back-and-forth to get them, underlining the need for better training.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location was a highlight for me, being right in downtown and close to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to walk to the areas I wanted to visit.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay, which was disappointing since I had looked forward to trying the homestyle Japanese dishes.
Facilities
5.0
The pool was open, but the overall facilities, including the spa, were lacking. It felt like the building needed a complete rebuild and a serious cleaning.
